This role focuses on foundational labeling tasks for speech, text, audio, and video data. It requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, and a commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality. You will join a collaborative team dedicated to enhancing customer lives through practical AI solutions.

Key responsibilities include maintaining strict confidentiality, working with diverse data types (text, speech, audio, image, video), and delivering high-quality labeled data according to provided guidelines and KPIs. You will utilize in-house tools and software to ensure responsible AI development.

Additional duties involve demonstrating proficiency in generating human insight data across various modalities, making sound judgments with ambiguous information, and exhibiting an exceptional eye for detail. You'll support daily operational deliverables, analyze root causes of errors, and propose solutions to enhance labeling quality. Identifying process improvements and providing floor support for internal queries are also crucial aspects of this role.

Essential qualifications include an Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience, along with C1+ English fluency and strong business writing skills. Advanced reading comprehension, developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to interpret detailed instructions are required.

Proficient research skills, proven attention to detail in managing complex tasks, and experience managing stakeholder relationships are necessary. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications is expected. While not mandatory, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of professional work experience are preferred, as is experience with open-source resources and adapting to fast-paced environments.
