Your primary focus will be on foundational labeling tasks for speech, text, audio, and video data. You'll maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to Amazon's policies, ensuring customer privacy.

Key duties include delivering high-quality labeled data using in-house tools, interpreting guidelines to meet KPIs, and contributing to the responsible development of AI. You will also analyze operational issues, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to improve labeling quality and processes. Supporting daily deliverables and clarifying queries for the team are also essential aspects of this role.

We are looking for individuals with an Associate's Degree or equivalent experience, fluent in a specified language (C1+), and possessing strong business writing skills. Advanced reading comprehension and developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities are crucial.

Candidates should demonstrate a strong ability to interpret detailed instructions, conduct proficient research, and exhibit meticulous attention to detail. Experience in stakeholder management and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite are required. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of professional experience are preferred.
