This role focuses on foundational labeling tasks, including dialogue evaluation for speech, text, audio, and video data. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality labeled data, adhering strictly to guidelines and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using in-house tools.

Key responsibilities include maintaining confidentiality, working with diverse data types, and demonstrating proficiency in generating human insight data. You will analyze root causes of errors, identify patterns, and propose solutions to enhance labeling quality. The role also involves supporting daily operational deliverables, identifying process improvements, and providing floor support for internal queries.

We are looking for candidates with a strong foundation in data association and a keen eye for detail. Essential qualifications include an Associate's Degree or equivalent experience, fluency in a specified language (C1+ or equivalent), and robust business writing and reading comprehension skills.

Candidates should possess developed analytical thinking, structured problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions.
