Execute assigned tasks accurately, reporting results with precision. Understand and apply guidelines for new tasks and releases, performing repetitive exercises diligently without compromising quality.

Utilize software tools for data capture, adhering to organizational processes daily. Communicate and escalate any failures or doubts encountered during execution, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs. Manage daily targets and dependencies effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Candidates must possess C1+ English fluency, with excellent writing, reading comprehension, and active listening skills. The role demands basic problem-solving and analytical thinking, with a strong ability to follow multi-step instructions accurately.
