You will also be responsible for using software tools for data capture, adhering to established organizational processes daily, and effectively communicating any failures or doubts encountered during execution. This includes escalating issues as per SLAs, owning daily targets, and managing dependencies to ensure project milestones are met.

To excel in this role, a strong command of Microsoft Office suite and a High School diploma or equivalent is required. Fluency in English (C1+ or equivalent) is essential, along with fundamental writing skills to compose clear emails and simple business documents.
