Your primary responsibility will involve meticulously collecting ground truth data based on specific instructions for our product development efforts. You will accurately execute tasks, report findings, and diligently follow new procedures and guidelines as they are released. The role requires performing repetitive tasks according to dynamic instructions while maintaining high-quality standards.

You will utilize specialized software tools for data capture and consistently comply with organizational processes. Effective communication of results, including escalation of any failures, is crucial. Providing individual status reports and meeting productivity and quality benchmarks are also key aspects of this role. You will be responsible for achieving daily targets, managing both internal and external dependencies, and promptly reporting and resolving any execution-related issues within service level agreements.

We are looking for individuals with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office products. Candidates should possess C1+ or equivalent English language proficiency, along with fundamental writing abilities to compose clear emails and simple business documents. Essential skills include good reading comprehension, active listening, basic problem-solving, and analytical thinking. The ability to accurately follow multi-step instructions and conduct basic research using common search tools is necessary.

Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach are paramount, coupled with an unwavering attention to detail. A professional demeanor in all interactions is expected. While not strictly required, familiarity with basic data entry, documentation, and common business software is advantageous. Previous internship or relevant work experience of 2+ years is preferred.
