Effective communication regarding progress, escalations, and individual status reports is essential, alongside meeting productivity and quality benchmarks.

Key responsibilities include executing defined tasks based on instructions to gather ground truth data for product development. You will meticulously report results with accuracy and gain a thorough understanding of procedures and guidelines for new tasks and releases.

Perform repetitive exercises precisely according to dynamic instructions, maintaining high quality. Utilize software tools for data capture and strictly comply with daily organizational processes. Communicate effectively about captured results, escalating any failures, and providing individual status reports. Meet daily targets for both internal and external dependencies, and promptly raise and resolve any execution-related doubts or failures within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

We are looking for candidates with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office products and applications. Essential qualifications include C1+ English fluency (language proficiency may vary by location), along with basic writing skills to compose clear emails and simple business documents. Strong reading comprehension and active listening abilities are vital.
