Utilize software tools for data capture and comply with organizational processes daily. Effectively communicate, escalate failures, and provide individual status reports, meeting productivity and quality benchmarks.

Possess knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications. High School diploma or equivalent education is required (may vary by location). Demonstrate C1+ or equivalent fluency in English, with strong writing, reading comprehension, and active listening skills. Exhibit basic problem-solving, analytical thinking, and the ability to follow multi-step instructions accurately.
