As an ML Data Associate, you will perform foundational labeling tasks crucial for advancing AI capabilities. This includes evaluating dialogue across speech, text, audio, and video data. Your role is vital in ensuring the high quality and ethical application of AI technologies.

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer data, upholding our highest tenet. Process and label diverse data types including text, speech, audio, image, and video, adhering to provided guidelines to meet Key Performance Indicators using in-house tools.

Demonstrate expertise in generating high-quality human insight data across various modalities. Make sound judgments with ambiguous information and exhibit an exceptional eye for detail, adapting quickly between different task requirements. Support daily operational deliverables and analyze root causes of errors to suggest improvements for labeling tasks and outputs.

A Bachelor's degree or higher is required, along with fluency in both spoken and written Hindi and English. The role necessitates adaptability to rotating shift schedules and variable days off. Previous experience in natural language data labeling, data annotation, linguistic annotation, or other data markup is beneficial, as is proficiency with MS Office, including Excel.

Preferred qualifications include at least two years of professional work experience, particularly in fast-paced or international settings. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and experience collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups are advantageous. Additionally, experience in building sourcing plans and tools, conducting proactive research, and a minimum of one year in project management would further enhance your profile.
