NVIDIA
Embark on a cutting-edge role as a Mixed-Signal Design Engineer, focusing on analog-digital co-simulation and digital RTL development for advanced power controllers. This position offers a comprehensive system-level perspective, empowering you to significantly influence both analog and digital design aspects.
NVIDIA thrives on tackling complex, impactful challenges, fostering an environment where creativity and intelligence are amplified. As part of our diverse and supportive team, you'll be inspired to achieve your best and contribute to lasting global change.
Develop and execute co-simulations, seamlessly integrating digital RTL with analog circuits and SPICE/Verilog-A models. Maintain and enhance the RTL for the power controller's complete digital control loop. Validate system-level performance, including startup, steady-state, transient, calibration, and fault behaviors, within both digital and co-simulation environments. Collaborate with analog and digital design teams to resolve cross-boundary issues. Create RTL behavioral models for mixed-signal components. Implement and design critical features such as control, protection, fault handling, and calibration.
A Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. 1-3 years of hands-on experience in analog-digital co-simulation and digital RTL design for power controllers. Proven ability in designing and debugging synthesizable Verilog or SystemVerilog RTL. Adaptability to shift focus between co-simulation and RTL development based on project needs. Demonstrated interest in understanding analog circuitry behavior; analog expertise is beneficial but not essential, as team support is available for skill development. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
