Responsibilities

Manage and maintain middleware environments, including JBoss, WildFly, Apache, and Tomcat servers. Automate operations and enhance efficiency through Linux shell scripting. Oversee IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) job scheduling and management. Conduct incident management, perform root cause analysis, and resolve complex technical issues.

Provide expert solutions and recommendations for challenging problems. Support Azure administration and cloud infrastructure operations. Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Engage in system performance tuning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Middleware/DevOps Engineer is required. Demonstrable expertise in Linux Shell Scripting and hands-on Middleware Administration is essential. Proficiency in IBM Tivoli TWS Scheduling and knowledge of Azure Administration and cloud operations are necessary.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial for effective root cause analysis. Experience with JBoss, Wildfly, Apache Tomcat administration is expected. Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins and Ansible is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced support setting, are also required.
