Manage and maintain middleware infrastructure, ensuring operational standards and procedures are met. Monitor systems for alerts, events, and performance issues, implementing solutions for load balancing and tuning. Oversee software installation, configuration, patching, maintenance, and version upgrades, including SSL/certificate and license management.

Provide Level 2/3 support for messaging middleware, including transport layer, service bus, and queue managers. Handle API Gateway operations and message-queue monitoring. Support web application servers and managed file transfer solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web/app hosting servers such as WebSphere, Tomcat, WebLogic, JBoss, and IIS, as well as integration middleware like TIBCO, MQ Series, RabbitMQ, and MSMQ. Work with data pipelining platforms including Hadoop, Cloudera, and NiFi.

Proficiency in comprehensive middleware administration, encompassing operational standards, monitoring, event management, and performance tuning. Experience with software lifecycle management, including installation, configuration, patching, and version upgrades, along with SSL/certificate and license key management.

Solid understanding of messaging middleware, service bus, and queue manager support, with expertise in ESB, SOA, and microservices patterns. Proven ability to provide Level 2/3 support for messaging middleware technologies.

Experience with API management, including API Gateway operations and message-queue monitoring. Familiarity with web application server middleware and managed file transfer solutions is essential. Exposure to platforms like WebSphere, Tomcat, WebLogic, JBoss, IIS, TIBCO, MQ Series, RabbitMQ, MSMQ, Hadoop, Cloudera, and NiFi is highly desirable.
