Manage and maintain the MicroStrategy Business Intelligence product suite and AWS Cloud infrastructure, addressing application and infrastructure issues promptly.

Perform daily administration of the MicroStrategy Cloud environment, including alert monitoring, remediation, change management, and incident troubleshooting.

Participate in scheduled and emergency infrastructure maintenance, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Create and maintain high-quality documentation for all administrative tasks and contribute to a strong team environment. Independently manage production and lower environments, including upgrades and vulnerability management.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in MicroStrategy Administration, with hands-on experience in version 10.x.

Proficiency in the MicroStrategy Business Intelligence product suite and AWS Cloud platform is essential.

Experience with enterprise portal integration, mobile integration, and writing back to source data is required. Must be adept at defining complex metrics and architecting MicroStrategy Cubes for business solutions.

Strong knowledge of metadata creation, report specifications, and testing methodologies (integration, unit, UAT) is necessary. Familiarity with SDLC, quality processes, and database concepts, including SQL review, is crucial.

Experience with MicroStrategy upgrades, Linux configurations, creating deployment packages, and Command Manager scripts is expected. The ability to configure, maintain, and administer multiple environments, ensuring object and data security, is key. Openness to working in different shifts is required, alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills.
