EY is seeking a Senior Manager – AI Engineer to spearhead strategic AI initiatives. This role involves leading the design, development, and integration of agent-based solutions leveraging Microsoft AI technologies. You will combine deep technical acumen with strong leadership to drive AI-driven transformations across enterprise functions, contributing to a better working world.

This position is within Global Delivery Services (GDS), EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers, crucial for supporting EY’s growth agenda. Our GDS team has grown significantly since 2002 and operates in ten global locations, providing client service and enablement support.

Core competencies include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies, and open innovation.

Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and agent-based frameworks. Drive enterprise-wide adoption of intelligent agents built with Microsoft Agent Framework / Semantic Kernel (Python or C#).

Define architecture standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks for scalable AI solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI use cases and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Mentor team members and ensure high-quality delivery across AI initiatives. Manage decision-making, optimize processes, oversee resource allocation, and supervise team members to meet organizational goals.

A minimum of 12 years of total experience is required, with at least 1 year focused on AI/Agent-based solutions. Prior experience in client-facing consulting or enterprise delivery engagements is essential.

Proficiency in Copilot Studio and enterprise-grade AI agent development is a must. Strong command of Microsoft Agent Framework / Semantic Kernel (Python or C#) and extensive experience with Azure AI Foundry and the AI/ML ecosystem are necessary.

Deep understanding of agent-based architectures, orchestration patterns, and enterprise integrations is expected. Proven ability to define architecture and lead large-scale AI programs, coupled with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills, will ensure success. Experience with distributed, onshore-offshore delivery models is also a key requirement.
