We are seeking a talented AI Engineer (Senior Consultant) to design, develop, and deploy intelligent agent-based solutions using Microsoft AI technologies. The focus is on creating scalable AI-driven applications and improving enterprise processes through automation and innovative approaches.

Key responsibilities include designing and developing AI-driven solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and agent-based frameworks. You will build, test, and deploy intelligent agents using Microsoft Agent Framework or Semantic Kernel in Python or C#.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI solutions within enterprise systems and workflows. Translate complex business requirements into scalable AI architectures and reusable components, ensuring high solution performance, reliability, and adherence to enterprise security and governance standards. This role also involves decision-making, process optimization, resource management, and potentially overseeing team management for task execution.

To excel in this role, you should possess 4+ years of total experience, with at least 1 year focused on AI/Agent-based solutions. Prior experience in client-facing consulting or enterprise delivery engagements is essential.

We are looking for individuals with a degree in BE, B.Tech, MCA, or MBA, accompanied by relevant industry experience. Proficiency in designing and developing AI solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and agent-based frameworks is crucial. Experience with Microsoft Agent Framework / Semantic Kernel (Python or C#) is required.

Additionally, the ability to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems and workflows, translate business needs into scalable AI architectures, and ensure solution performance, reliability, security, and governance are key. Experience in distributed, onshore-offshore delivery models is also important.
