EY is seeking a skilled AI Engineer (Senior Consultant) to join our Global Delivery Services team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying intelligent agent-based solutions using cutting-edge Microsoft AI technologies. You will be instrumental in building scalable AI-driven applications and enhancing enterprise processes through innovation and automation, contributing to our mission of building a better working world.

Design and develop AI-driven solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and agent-based frameworks. Build, test, and deploy intelligent agents using Microsoft Agent Framework or Semantic Kernel in Python or C#. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems and workflows. Translate complex business requirements into scalable AI architectures and reusable components. Ensure solutions are high-performing, reliable, and adhere to enterprise security and governance standards. Take ownership of decision-making, process optimization, resource management, and team supervision to ensure successful task execution and performance evaluation.

Possess at least 1 year of relevant experience in AI/agent-based solutions, with a total experience of 4+ years. Prior experience in client-facing consulting or enterprise delivery engagements is essential. Hold a Degree in BE, B.Tech, BCA, MBA, or an equivalent qualification with relevant industry experience. Proficiency in designing and developing AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and agent-based frameworks. Experience building, testing, and deploying intelligent agents with Microsoft Agent Framework/Semantic Kernel (Python or C#). Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams for seamless integration. Translate business needs into scalable AI architectures and reusable components. Ensure solution performance, reliability, and adherence to enterprise security and governance standards. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in distributed, onshore-offshore delivery models.
