This role focuses on leading the design and delivery of agent-based AI solutions using Microsoft technologies, merging technical expertise with team leadership to drive AI-driven automation and scalable enterprise solutions.

Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of AI solutions, utilizing Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and agent-based frameworks. Develop and oversee intelligent agent creation using the Microsoft Agent Framework or Semantic Kernel in Python or C#. Drive solution architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to enterprise standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI use cases and translate business needs into technical realities. Mentor team members and ensure high-quality delivery across all AI initiatives. Take ownership of decision-making, process optimization, resource management, and team supervision for effective task execution. Manage personnel allocation, supervise team members, assign tasks, and ensure teams are equipped with necessary tools and support for success, while optimizing and evaluating performance against organizational goals.

Demonstrated strong experience in Copilot Studio and AI agent development. Proficiency in the Microsoft Agent Framework / Semantic Kernel using Python or C#. Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and various AI/ML services. Solid understanding of agent-based architectures, orchestration, and integration patterns. Proven ability to lead technical design and guide teams on best practices. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are essential. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI solutions within enterprise systems and workflows. Translate complex business requirements into scalable AI architectures and reusable components. Ensure the performance, reliability, and alignment of solutions with enterprise security and governance standards. Ability to thrive in distributed, onshore–offshore delivery models. Ideally, experience with Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, and supporting large digital transformation programs is preferred. Familiarity with testing tools, deployment cycles, and release management practices, along with experience across multiple industries or complex business environments, will add significant value.
