EY GDS seeks a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Technical Senior to drive enterprise-scale D365 F&O implementations, focusing on the Retail and Commerce domain. Lead the technical design and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce solutions, with a strong emphasis on POS systems (MPOS/CPOS) and B2C/B2B websites. Configure and extend Store Commerce, Hardware Station, and integrate peripherals. Develop custom POS functionalities using Commerce SDK, Online SDK, TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, and .NET Core. Implement integrations with backend systems like ERP (F&O), payment gateways, and eCommerce platforms. Design and maintain offline-first POS architecture, ensuring performance and scalability.

Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business needs into technical designs. Utilize Azure DevOps and LCS for source control and CI/CD pipelines. Support testing, deployment, and go-live activities. Conduct code reviews and maintain technical documentation. Provide Level 3 support post-go-live. Manage decision-making, process optimization, resource allocation, and team supervision to ensure project success and performance.

We are looking for candidates with 5-10 years of experience in D365 Commerce technical, including a minimum of 3 full-cycle D365 F&O implementations in Commerce domains. A strong understanding of Retail & eCommerce, and the D365 Site builder tool is essential. Proficiency in analytical and debugging skills, with a focus on performance and reliability, is required. Experience with implementation methodologies such as Microsoft SureStep or Agile is beneficial.

Ideal candidates possess knowledge of integrating with other Microsoft technologies like Azure and Power Platform, along with familiarity in multi-country and multi-legal entity environments. Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills are key. The ability to lead discovery workshops, manage offshore teams, and mentor junior consultants is highly valued. Microsoft certifications like MB-340 or MB-900 are preferred.
