As a Functional Architect – D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) Senior Manager, you will spearhead enterprise-wide ERP transformation programs. This role demands a blend of business transformation leadership, solution architecture expertise, and strong delivery governance to drive complex global implementations. You will define functional strategies across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations, delivering scalable, business-focused outcomes.

Our Enablement Services offer cost-effective, innovative solutions across various functions like Finance, IT, and Procurement, while our innovation specialists drive rapid prototyping and advanced technologies for GDS and Service Lines.

Define and govern enterprise-level functional architecture for Dynamics 365 F&SCM solutions across multiple programs. Lead large-scale ERP transformation initiatives, aligning business objectives with industry-leading practices and Microsoft capabilities. Drive end-to-end solution design for Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Asset Management, and Project Operations. Partner with executives to shape transformation roadmaps and operating models.

Provide leadership throughout the solution lifecycle, from envisioning and fit-gap analysis to deployment and post-go-live support. Govern functional design quality, solution standards, and risk management. Lead cross-functional teams, including functional, technical, integration, and data migration workstreams. Drive program planning, resource management, and budget oversight. Build and mentor high-performing consulting teams, fostering innovation and continuous improvement. Serve as a trusted advisor on ERP strategy and digital transformation initiatives.

We seek individuals with 12+ years of comprehensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM and/or AX 2012 functional consulting, solution design, and implementation. A minimum of 4 years of leadership experience in managing large ERP programs, practice teams, or consulting organizations is essential.

Proven success in delivering multiple end-to-end D365 F&SCM implementations is critical. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in defining functional architecture, business transformation strategy, and governance frameworks. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage executive leadership and client sponsors, are required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Technology is necessary. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred, alongside exceptional communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
