Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, aligning with business needs and best practices. Architect solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules.

Customize CRM components including entities, forms, views, and workflows. Build custom solutions using C#, JavaScript, and the Dynamics 365 SDK. Design and implement scalable integrations via Azure and Power Platform.

Oversee system architecture, performance tuning, and testing. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members. Engage with stakeholders, translating technical concepts effectively. Participate in Agile project planning and delivery governance.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, alongside 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and implementation.

Possess strong expertise in CRM configuration, customization, and solution delivery, with proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and the Dynamics 365 SDK. Solid knowledge of the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, is essential.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of CRM data models, security, and business processes, alongside experience in designing scalable system architectures. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are vital for success in this role. Experience with AI Copilots using Copilot Studio is also a key requirement.
