Lead end-to-end design, development, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices. Architect solutions across D365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service), customizing components like entities, forms, and workflows. Develop custom solutions using C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Dynamics 365 SDK/Web API. Implement scalable integrations leveraging Azure and Power Platform. Oversee system architecture, performance tuning, testing, and deployment. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members, fostering collaboration. Engage with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into clear discussions. Participate in Agile project planning and delivery governance. Stay current with D365 and Power Platform advancements for continuous improvement. Manage team resources, task allocation, and performance evaluation.

Requires 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and implementation. Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is essential, with practical experience in plugins and workflows. A strong understanding of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), CRM data models, security, and business processes is necessary. Experience in designing scalable system architectures, coupled with robust problem-solving and analytical skills, is expected. Effective communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities are crucial. Experience developing and customizing AI Copilots and agents using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 CRM is also required. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a prerequisite. Experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and strong interpersonal skills are highly valued.
