Drive the functional design and implementation of D365 CRM solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and industry best practices.

Engage with clients to thoroughly understand, analyze, and document their business needs, translating these into detailed functional specifications for D365 CRM.

Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to gain insights into client requirements and challenges, facilitating prioritization.

Configure and customize D365 CRM modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service, to streamline business operations.

Develop and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, such as business process flows and user stories.

Deliver effective training and ongoing support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of D365 CRM solutions.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functional consulting.

Demonstrate a solid grasp of CRM principles, data modeling, and business processes across various sectors.

Exhibit proficiency in key D365 CRM modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.

Showcase strong business analysis capabilities, including requirements elicitation, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.

Apply excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Utilize outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong client relationships.
