As a Microsoft 365 Support Specialist, you will deliver L2 and L3 support across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and the Power Platform. Your duties will include resolving incidents and service requests, monitoring support queues to address production issues before US business hours, and supporting various operational activities such as migrations, testing, and validation.

Collaboration with project teams during overlap hours is essential, as is participating in project meetings and sprint ceremonies. You will also execute minor enhancements, upgrades, and patch-related tasks, alongside supporting batch job monitoring. Maintaining accurate project documentation, knowledge base articles, and ticket updates, along with performing efficient handoffs to onshore teams, will be vital for success.

We are looking for individuals with strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and support, specifically in Teams and SharePoint Online. Experience with the Power Platform is also a key requirement.

Candidates should possess proven skills in incident and service request management, effective troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Familiarity with change and release processes, alongside robust documentation and knowledge management capabilities, is expected. Excellent stakeholder communication skills are essential for collaborating with various teams and ensuring clear communication throughout support and project lifecycles.
