We are seeking an experienced IIoT Solution Architect with strong AWS Cloud expertise to pioneer connected, data-driven manufacturing operations.

As an IIoT Solution Architect, you will architect end-to-end solutions, design scalable systems for machine connectivity and real-time monitoring, and develop OT-IT convergence strategies. This position offers the opportunity to work on large-scale transformation programs and gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies in Industrial IoT, Cloud, and Edge Computing.

Architecting and leading end-to-end IIoT and Smart Factory solutions utilizing AWS services. Designing scalable architectures for machine connectivity, real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, traceability, and production analytics. Integrating shop-floor systems (PLCs, SCADA, MES, Historians) with enterprise platforms (ERP, PLM, Data Lakes). Developing strategies for OT-IT convergence and crafting Industry 4.0 transformation roadmaps. Creating edge-to-cloud architectures tailored for manufacturing environments.

A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Industrial Automation, IIoT, Manufacturing IT, Smart Manufacturing, or Digital Manufacturing is required. Demonstrated hands-on expertise with AWS IoT services such as IoT Core, Greengrass, SiteWise, TwinMaker, Lambda, S3, Redshift, and QuickSight. A solid understanding of automotive manufacturing processes, including Assembly, Body Shop, Paint Shop, and Powertrain. Experience integrating key manufacturing systems like MES, SCADA, PLCs, OPC-UA, MQTT, Historians, and enterprise applications. Proficiency in Industrial IoT architecture, Edge Computing, Data Platforms, and Industry 4.0 frameworks. Excellent consulting, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills are essential. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is necessary. AWS Solution Architect and/or AWS IoT certifications are preferred.
