NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Messaging Services Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, India. This role is integral to supporting and maintaining our advanced messaging environments, including Microsoft Teams and Office 365.

As a Messaging Services Specialist, you will play a key role in the upkeep and enhancement of our Microsoft Teams environment, leveraging your expertise in MS O365 and SharePoint.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with maintenance tasks, performing patching and upgrades in collaboration with senior team members, and managing day-to-day incident and request tickets. You will also identify opportunities for automation through scripting, such as PowerShell, and troubleshoot issues related to Outlook and OWA clients.

To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 6 years of experience supporting diverse messaging infrastructures, including proficiency with various versions of Microsoft Exchange and Office 365. A solid understanding of Boundary Services, Relay server management, and archiving solutions is essential.

An Engineering graduate or Bachelor of Computer Science degree with relevant messaging technology experience is required. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Teams, coupled with additional understanding of Microsoft Exchange and Office 365, is a strong advantage. Familiarity with core Office 365 applications like SharePoint and OneDrive is also beneficial.
