This role involves performing essential maintenance tasks, including server updates, patching, and software installations. You will actively participate in troubleshooting and resolving client issues, leveraging integrated data processing and communication solutions.

Key responsibilities include managing user mailboxes, distribution groups, and security groups within Microsoft 365. You will also troubleshoot email delivery problems, connectivity issues, and resolve problems related to meetings, chat, and call functionalities in MS Teams. Collaboration with other teams to ensure seamless M365 service integration is vital.

The ideal candidate will possess 3-4 years of experience supporting Office 365 environments, with a strong focus on Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and MS Teams. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.

Essential skills include excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, a customer-centric mindset, and the capacity to explain technical concepts clearly. Experience with ITSM tools for request, incident, change, and problem management is necessary. Flexibility to work in shifts supporting 24x7 operations is also a requirement.
