The Messaging Services Senior Specialist is responsible for the support and maintenance of Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, MS SharePoint, and Boundary Services within our Unified Messaging and Communication systems.

Key duties include administering Exchange On-Premise (2013-2019) and Exchange Online, as well as Boundary Services like EOP, ATP, ProofPoint, and Cisco IronPort.

Responsibilities also encompass managing daily incident and request tasks, identifying opportunities for automation using tools like PowerShell, and troubleshooting extensive Outlook/OWA client-related issues.

A minimum of 6 years of experience supporting complex messaging environments is required. Candidates must possess working knowledge of various Exchange versions, Microsoft Office 365, and Boundary Services.

General knowledge of other Office 365 core applications, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and MS Teams, is also essential.

An Engineering graduate degree or a Bachelor of Computer Science with relevant messaging technology experience is necessary for this position.
