We are seeking a highly skilled Messaging Services Senior Specialist – M365 Administrator to enhance our Microsoft 365 environment. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in M365 services and collaborate with a global team.

As a Senior Specialist, you will be instrumental in the administration, support, and upkeep of our Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This includes deep dives into Exchange Online, Hybrid servers, Microsoft Purview, Defender for O365, and MS-Teams, ensuring optimal performance and security for our business operations.

Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 services, providing day-to-day administration and support. Configure, manage, and troubleshoot M365 services, including Exchange Online, Exchange On-Premises servers, and Microsoft Teams. Implement and manage security settings and policies to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards, including DLP engineering and administration.

Provide advanced technical support for complex integration issues, acting as a lead on major projects. Perform root cause analysis on failed components and implement corrective measures. Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable environment. Ensure steady-state support for the messaging infrastructure, handling on-call responsibilities and complex escalations.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with 8+ years of experience in M365 workload administration and support. Demonstrated strong knowledge of M365 services such as Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Security and Compliance is essential.

Exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills are paramount. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with a global team is crucial. Strong organizational and documentation skills, coupled with a commitment to continuous learning and upskilling in emerging technologies, are highly valued. Certifications in M365 or Azure are considered a plus.
