We are seeking a skilled Messaging Services Senior Specialist to enhance our team in Noida, India. As a Messaging Services Senior Specialist, you will provide deep subject matter expertise and program delivery for messaging infrastructure. Your responsibilities include managing steady-state operations, handling escalations, critical issues, and performing upgrade/maintenance activities. You will also mentor junior team members and ensure high-quality support for email and collaboration services.

Key duties involve proactive configuration management, health checks, reporting, and capacity planning. You will implement and manage security measures for the M365 environment, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards. Experience with hybrid M365 environments and integration with on-premises systems is essential. You will also maintain documentation, generate performance reports, and identify opportunities for service improvement.

Ideal candidates will possess in-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, site collection administration, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Proficiency in managing various M365 services, including Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams, is required. A strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Azure AD Connect for hybrid identity management is also crucial.

Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills are mandatory. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a global team is expected. Experience with ITSM tools for request, incident, change, and problem management is necessary. Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to evolving technologies is key to success in this role.
