Provide steadfast support for email and collaboration systems, managing on-call duties, escalations, and critical issues. Perform upgrade and maintenance activities, demonstrating expertise in M365 services including Microsoft Teams, M365 productivity apps, and SharePoint Online. Focus on delivering high-quality, customer-centric support, ensuring a positive client experience. Flexibility to work in shifts supporting 24x7 operations and US business hours is essential.

Engage in advanced technical support for complex integration issues and escalations. Troubleshoot and resolve client problems using integrated data processing and communication solutions. Exercise discretion and independent judgment on technical matters, utilizing systems and tools effectively. Adapt to evolving technologies and environments through continuous learning.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, coupled with over 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, M365 apps, and Exchange Online. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams administration, including policy management, user support, and troubleshooting is key. Familiarity with M365 apps like Viva suite, Power Automate, and Sway is necessary.

Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Phone System, direct routing, calling plans, and integration with telephony infrastructure is important. Understanding of SIP, PSTN, and VoIP protocols is beneficial. Experience with SharePoint Online administration, including site collections, permissions, content types, and advanced features like hub sites and search optimization is expected. A Microsoft 365 certification is preferred.
