Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Boundary Services within Unified Messaging and Communication environments. Provide expert-level advice and hands-on support for Mimecast, Postfix, IronPort, and Relay services. Manage daily incident and request tasks, ensuring timely resolution.

Identify and contribute to automation solutions, including PowerShell scripting. Advise teams on maintenance tasks for messaging software, including patching and upgrades. Work collaboratively with senior team members on system enhancements and ensure thorough knowledge of Outlook and OWA client-related issues.

A minimum of 8 years of experience supporting diverse Messaging environments, with a strong focus on Boundary Services. Essential expertise includes Relay server management and archiving solutions. In-depth knowledge of Mimecast and Postfix, along with perimeter email filtering administration, is crucial.

Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams is required. A degree in Engineering or Computer Science, coupled with relevant Messaging technology experience, is preferred. Familiarity with SharePoint, OneDrive, and general Office 365 core applications is beneficial.
