We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and support our email infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in email security solutions and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This position is based in Bangalore, India.

As a Messaging Services Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for complex issue analysis and providing SME support for email infrastructure. Your duties include handling escalations, critical issues, server maintenance, and mentoring team members.

You will manage and administer Proofpoint Protection servers, along with cloud and on-premises appliances. This includes supporting TRAP, EFD, TAP, and Browser Isolation environments. Regular health checks and coordination with vendors are also key aspects of this role.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and a minimum of 8 years of experience specifically with Proofpoint Email Security Solutions.

Essential skills include expertise in Proofpoint administration and technical support, a strong understanding of Office 365 security and compliance, and excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Exceptional customer service and communication skills are a must, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
