Join NTT DATA as a Messaging Services Analyst and contribute to the support and maintenance of our Unified Messaging and Communication environment. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of Microsoft Office 365, Archiving Solutions, and Boundary Services.

Assist in the support and maintenance of Microsoft Office 365, Archiving Solutions, and Boundary Services within Unified Messaging and Communication environments.

Perform maintenance tasks for messaging software systems, including patching and upgrades, collaborating with senior team members.

Handle daily incident and request management, ensuring timely resolution.

Identify and contribute to automation solutions, particularly through PowerShell scripting.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Outlook, OWA client, and other messaging services.

A minimum of 6 years of experience in supporting diverse messaging environments is required.

Proficiency in various versions of Exchange, including Exchange On Premise (2013-2019) and Exchange Online, is essential.

Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.

Experience with Boundary Services (EOP, ATP), ProofPoint, Cisco IronPort, and Archiving Solutions is necessary.

Familiarity with Relay server management and extensive knowledge of Outlook/OWA client issues.

An Engineering graduate or Bachelor of Computer Science degree with relevant messaging technology experience is expected.
