Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, including applications like Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.

Key duties involve user account management, service monitoring, and reporting. You will troubleshoot issues, provide technical support, and perform daily administration tasks.

This role requires a customer-centric approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts to end-users. Flexibility in working shifts to support 24x7 operations is also necessary.

Possess at least 3 years of experience supporting Office 365 environments, with a specific focus on Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.

Demonstrate good knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud services and applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.

Proficiency with Microsoft administration tools such as the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, MS Teams, and Exchange Online Admin Center is essential.

Experience with ITSM tools/platforms for service request and incident management is required. Candidates must have excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills. A Microsoft Office 365 certification is considered a plus.
