You will offer deep subject matter expertise and program delivery, ensuring steady state operations for email and collaboration services, potentially working in shifts or US business hours. This includes contributing to new technique development and thoroughly understanding customer needs. You'll tackle complex problems, integrate information for better business outcomes, and anticipate operational issues.

Your role involves providing advanced technical support for intricate integration challenges, often leading major projects. You will apply extensive experience to resolve difficult client issues, identify and deliver services that enhance business processes, and implement automated solutions. Performing root cause analysis on failed components and mentoring junior team members are also key responsibilities.
