NTT DATA is seeking a highly skilled Messaging Services Advisor-M365 Administrator to manage and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment. This role demands a proactive approach to support, maintenance, and administration of M365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and security solutions. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and strategic utilization of M365 to meet diverse business needs, contributing to our mission of accelerating client success through innovative technology services.

This position focuses on comprehensive administration and support for the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Key responsibilities include managing Exchange Online, On-Premises, and Hybrid servers, alongside Microsoft Purview, Defender for O365, and MS-Teams. You'll perform in-depth troubleshooting, implement security policies, manage user access, and ensure system health and availability. This role also involves providing expert advice, contributing to new technical strategies, and mentoring junior team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 8 years of experience in M365 workload administration and support. Essential skills include deep knowledge of Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and security & compliance features. Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and customer service abilities are crucial. Flexibility to work in shifts is also required. While not mandatory, M365 or Azure certifications are considered a strong advantage for this role.
