As a Messaging Services Advisor, you will be responsible for the support and administration of Microsoft Teams, including its integration with other Microsoft 365 services. This involves monitoring performance, administering policies, and providing advanced technical support for complex integration and escalation issues.

You will also troubleshoot and resolve user support requests, incidents, and service tickets related to M365 applications. Planning and executing changes to the M365 environment, collaborating with IT security on policies, and managing the Teams lifecycle are key aspects of this role. Additionally, you'll train users, maintain documentation, and stay current with Microsoft Teams updates and emerging technologies.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, coupled with at least 8 years of experience in Microsoft 365 workload administration and support. You must possess strong knowledge of M365 services, particularly Microsoft Teams and Exchange Online.

Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are essential. The ability to adapt to evolving technologies and a proactive approach to learning are highly valued. Certification in Microsoft 365 is also expected for this position.
