You will be instrumental in the day-to-day administration and support of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Hybrid servers, Microsoft Purview, Defender for O365, and MS-Teams. Responsibilities include providing deep subject matter expertise, contributing to new techniques and plans, and managing customer business needs. You'll tackle complex problems, integrate trends into actionable plans, and develop creative solutions to enhance business performance. This role involves anticipating issues, providing advanced technical support for complex integration challenges, and developing automated solutions.

You will also perform root cause analysis on failed components, mentor junior team members, and possess the ability to work independently while collaborating with a global team. Strong organizational and documentation skills are essential for success in this client-centric role.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in M365 workload administration and support. Essential technical skills include a strong command of M365 services like Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and Security and Compliance features. Experience with PowerShell scripting, ITSM tools, and performing server maintenance and upgrades is required.

Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities are a must. The ability to work effectively in a team and as an individual contributor is crucial. Familiarity with M365 or Azure certifications is a plus. This role requires flexibility for shift work to support 24x7 operations and US business hours.
