As a Messaging Services Advisor, your core responsibilities will include performing complex issue analysis and acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). You will provide steady-state support for email infrastructure, handle on-call duties, manage escalations, and conduct critical issue resolution. Daily tasks involve server maintenance, team mentoring, and general support operations. You'll be an expert in email security solutions like Proofpoint, Exchange Online Protection, and Defender for O365, and manage the SEPPmail Secure Email Gateway platform. Key duties also involve monitoring system performance, ensuring availability and reliability, and configuring governance workflows within AvPoint for effective information management.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by at least 8 years of dedicated experience with Proofpoint Email Security Solutions. Demonstrated expertise in Proofpoint email security administration and technical support is essential. A strong understanding of Office 365 security and compliance requirements, coupled with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, is required. The ability to work independently, collaborate effectively with a global team, and possess strong organizational and documentation skills are vital for success in this role.
