Execute full lifecycle T2T migrations for Exchange mailboxes, OneDrive accounts, SharePoint Online sites, and Microsoft Teams.

Conduct source-tenant readiness checks, identify potential risks, and meticulously plan migration waves.

Manage user identity mapping and group synchronization using Microsoft Entra ID, addressing intricate coexistence scenarios.

Develop and maintain advanced PowerShell scripts for efficient pre-migration reporting, attribute mapping, and post-migration validation.

Provide critical support during cutover phases, resolve end-user technical issues, and create comprehensive technical runbooks for IT support teams.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in systems administration and messaging platforms, with a strong background in large-scale M&A integrations.

Proficiency with enterprise migration tools like BitTitan MigrationWiz, ShareGate, Quest On Demand, or native Microsoft Exchange moves.

In-depth knowledge of Exchange, Active Directory, hybrid environments, and DNS management is essential.

Demonstrated strong proficiency in PowerShell for automation, bulk operations, and reporting is required.

Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate or Enterprise Administrator Expert are preferred.
