We are seeking a talented Mendix Lead to join our team. This role is instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust Mendix-based web and mobile applications. If you thrive in a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and impact, this is the place for you.

As a Mendix Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development and maintenance of Mendix web and mobile applications. This includes collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

You will also focus on ensuring optimal application performance, quality, and responsiveness. Supporting deployments, troubleshooting technical issues, and continuously enhancing existing applications will be key aspects of your role.

This position requires a strong foundation in Mendix development with 8-14 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 5+ years focused on Mendix.

Ideal candidates will possess a Mendix Advanced Developer Certification (required) and preferably a Mendix Expert Certification. Expertise in developing both Mendix web and mobile applications is essential.

This role involves applying scientific methods to analyze and solve complex software engineering problems, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions. It requires independent judgment, the ability to mentor other engineers, and a collaborative team-player attitude.
