Join our team as a Senior Associate, specializing in Medical Records Coding and Transcription. This role is pivotal in transforming complex patient healthcare documentation into standardized alphanumeric codes, ensuring universal understanding and accurate record-keeping. You will be instrumental in creating a uniform vocabulary for diagnoses, illnesses, and injuries, facilitating seamless information exchange between medical facilities.

Your primary responsibilities will involve meticulously reviewing clinical documentation to grasp patient diagnoses. You'll be adept at converting healthcare diagnoses, procedures, medical services, and equipment into universally recognized medical alphanumeric codes. Furthermore, you will contribute to the creation of a standardized vocabulary essential for describing the causes of injury, illness, and death, thereby enabling uniform documentation across healthcare settings.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Healthcare BPO, specifically within EM IP Multispecialty environments, or those who are CPC Certified. Experience as a QC Auditor or a willingness to mentor freshers in an SME role is highly valued. A strong understanding of EM outpatient coding, multispecialty coding, and procedure codes is essential. Proficiency with Windows PC applications, including keyboard navigation and learning new software, for at least one year is required. Availability for scheduled shifts (Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST, subject to client needs) and flexibility for overtime and weekend work are necessary. Excellent oral and written English communication skills are crucial for effective client interaction.
