Join our team as a Senior Associate in Medical Records Coding and Transcription. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate healthcare data by transforming patient diagnoses, procedures, and services into universal alphanumeric codes. Medical coders are essential for creating a standardized vocabulary that describes the causes of illness, injury, and death, facilitating consistent documentation across medical facilities.

Your primary responsibilities will include thoroughly reviewing patient documentation to understand assigned diagnoses. You will be responsible for the accurate transformation of healthcare information into standardized medical codes. A key aspect of this role involves reviewing clinical statements to assign the correct standard codes, contributing to uniform documentation practices.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Healthcare BPO setting or as a CPC Certified professional. This position involves identifying documentation deficiencies and acting as a Subject Matter Expert for junior staff. Proficiency in EM outpatient coding and multispecialty procedure codes is required. A foundational knowledge of Windows PC applications, including keyboard navigation and software learning, along with effective oral and written English communication skills, is essential. Availability for scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST, with flexibility for overtime and weekend work based on business needs, is also required.
