Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously review patient documentation to identify and understand diagnoses. You will translate this information into universal medical alphanumeric codes, ensuring accurate representation of healthcare encounters. This process contributes to a standardized vocabulary for describing injuries, illnesses, and causes of death, enhancing data consistency across medical facilities.

We are seeking candidates with 0-1 year of experience in the healthcare BPO sector. A university degree or equivalent, requiring at least 3 years of formal study in Life Sciences, BPT, Pharmacy, or Nursing is essential. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of human Anatomy and Physiology. Proficiency in using Windows PC applications, including keyboard navigation and software learning, with at least 1 year of experience, is required. Availability to work scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST), with flexibility for overtime and weekend work based on business needs, is also necessary. Excellent oral and written English communication skills are vital for effective client interaction.
