The primary responsibility involves meticulously reviewing clinical notes to assign appropriate medical codes. This process is vital for accurate record-keeping, billing, and statistical analysis within the healthcare industry.

Understand patient diagnoses through careful documentation review. Translate healthcare diagnoses, procedures, medical services, and equipment into universal medical alphanumeric codes. Ensure uniform vocabulary for describing causes of injury, illness, and death. Facilitate standardized documentation between medical facilities. Assign standard codes by reviewing clinical statements.

Possess 0-1 year of experience in any Healthcare BPO setting. Requires a university degree or equivalent, involving at least 3 years of formal study in Life Sciences, BPT, Pharmacy, or Nursing. Demonstrate a strong understanding of human Anatomy and Physiology. Have 1+ year of experience using Windows PC applications, including keyboard navigation and software learning.

Availability to work scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST, with potential shift adjustments based on client needs. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required by business demands. Effective oral and written communication skills in English to liaise with clients.
