Your primary responsibility involves assigning standard codes based on clinical statements, contributing to a uniform understanding of patient care and outcomes.

We are seeking candidates with 0-1 year of experience in the healthcare BPO sector. A university degree or equivalent, requiring at least 3 years of formal study in Life Sciences, BPT, Pharmacy, or Nursing is essential.

Strong knowledge of human Anatomy and Physiology is required, along with over a year of experience using Windows PC applications, including keyboard navigation and software learning. Availability for scheduled shifts (Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM IST) with flexibility for overtime and weekend work is necessary. Effective oral and written communication in English is vital for client interaction.
