Review patient documentation to grasp diagnoses. Convert healthcare diagnoses, procedures, medical services, and equipment into universal medical alphanumeric codes. Assign standard codes by reviewing clinical statements. Ensure uniform documentation across medical facilities.

A minimum of 0-1 year of experience in any Healthcare BPO setting is required. Candidates should possess a university degree or equivalent, involving at least 3 years of formal study in Life Sciences, BPT, Pharmacy, or Nursing. Strong knowledge of human Anatomy and Physiology is essential. Proven ability to use computer applications, including keyboard navigation and learning new software, demonstrated by 1+ year of experience. Flexibility to work scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST, with potential adjustments based on client needs. Willingness to accommodate overtime and weekend work as per business requirements. Effective oral and written English communication skills are necessary for client interaction.
