Join our team as a Medical Records Coding and Transcription Associate. This role is crucial in transforming healthcare documentation into standardized alphanumeric codes, facilitating clear communication and data uniformity across medical facilities. You will be responsible for interpreting patient diagnoses and ensuring accurate code assignment.

Your primary duties will involve meticulously reviewing patient documentation to understand assigned diagnoses. You will expertly transform healthcare information, including diagnoses, procedures, services, and equipment, into universal medical alphanumeric codes. Additionally, you'll contribute to creating a standardized vocabulary for describing the causes of injury, illness, and death, playing a vital role in uniform documentation between medical facilities.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Healthcare BPO or as an ED Professional, ideally CPC Certified. A strong understanding of EM outpatient coding and multispecialty procedure codes is essential. You should also possess at least one year of experience with Windows PC applications, demonstrating proficiency in keyboard use, screen navigation, and learning new software. Flexibility to work scheduled shifts (Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM IST), with potential adjustments and overtime/weekend work as per business needs, is required. Excellent oral and written English communication skills are necessary for effective client interaction. This position is based in Coimbatore, TN, India.
