This position is crucial for maintaining consistent and accurate medical records across facilities, contributing to a standardized approach to patient care and outcomes.

In this role, you will meticulously review patient documentation to grasp diagnoses. Your primary responsibility will be to convert healthcare diagnoses, procedures, medical services, and equipment into standardized alphanumeric medical codes. This process ensures a uniform vocabulary for describing causes of injury, illness, and death, facilitating clear communication between medical facilities.

We are seeking candidates with 0-1 year of experience in the healthcare BPO sector. A university degree or equivalent, requiring at least 3 years of formal study in Life Sciences, BPT, Pharmacy, or Nursing, is essential. A strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology is required, along with at least one year of experience utilizing computer applications and keyboard navigation in a Windows environment. The ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, is necessary for client interactions. Flexibility to work scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST, with potential adjustments based on client needs, and the willingness to accommodate overtime or weekend work as required by business demands, are also key aspects of this role.
