Join our team as a Medical Records Coding and Translation Analyst. This pivotal role involves meticulously reviewing patient documentation to understand diagnoses. You will be responsible for transforming complex healthcare information, including diagnoses, procedures, medical services, and equipment, into universally recognized alphanumeric medical codes.

This function is crucial for establishing a uniform vocabulary to describe the causes of injuries, illnesses, and deaths, thereby enabling consistent and standardized documentation across medical facilities.

Your primary responsibility will be to read and comprehend clinical documentation to accurately assign standard medical codes. This includes understanding patient diagnoses and transforming healthcare data into standardized alphanumeric codes. You will play a key part in ensuring uniform documentation practices within the healthcare system.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare BPO, specifically within EM IP or multispecialty environments. CPC certification is highly regarded. Experience in a QC Auditor role or the ability to mentor freshers as a Subject Matter Expert is also valued.

A strong understanding of EM outpatient coding, multispecialty coding, and procedure codes is essential. Candidates must possess at least 1 year of experience using Windows PC applications, demonstrating proficiency with keyboard navigation and learning new software. Availability to work scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST), with flexibility for potential shift changes based on client needs, is required. Occasional overtime and weekend work may be necessary depending on business demands. Excellent oral and written English communication skills are mandatory for effective client interaction.
